You must create an account in order to download documents related to each bid opportunity. The information you enter is used for contact purposes. After you download a document for a specific bid opportunity, you will then be notified of any new documents that have been associated with that bid opportunity (amendments, addendums, etc.) via the e-mail address you enter. If you still do not download the new document(s) after receiving the e-mail, you will be contacted using another method.
