Chilliwack Metropolitan Orchestra
The Chilliwack Metropolitan Orchestra is a registered non-profit society incorporated in August 2008. The CMO was founded to give local volunteer musicians the opportunity to perform challenging orchestral repertoire while also being afforded the opportunity to perform with world class soloists. Many of the finest musicians in the Fraser Valley perform with the CMO. Our orchestra provides local concertgoers the opportunity to hear high quality performances of full symphonies, concertos and other orchestral work at reasonable cost and within their own community. The CMO is now working with our dynamic new Artistic Director, Gregory Douglas Johnson, and looking forward to a season of creative and challenging programming
