The City of Chilliwack (City) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EIs) from qualified Proponents to develop, design and construct the “TESKEY / SPADINA / VEDDER DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT” (the “Project”). The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is to solicit submissions from Proponents, with expertise in roads and transportation infrastructure engineering and construction.


The Project is funded by the City of Chilliwack and has an estimated construction budget of $11,700,000.
