Bid / Tenders

The City wishes to make improvements to the existing Ag-Rec facility in order to meet the present and future needs of the community.  The contemplated improvements include the design and construction of a new expanded lobby, 1 new meeting room, an elevator to access the Loft, and improvements to the team change-shower rooms. 

RFP documents may be obtained from the City's Main Reception desk on or after January 19, 2006 or may be downloaded from the City's web page at www.chilliwack.com/bids.  Inquiries may be directed to the City's Project Manager, Ryan Mulligan at (604)792-9311.

Five copies of the technical proposal and two copies of the financial proposal are required.  The financial proposal is to be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.  The proposal must be delivered to the City of Chilliwack a the Main Reception Desk no later than:

3:00 p.m., local time on Tuesday, February 14, 2006.

Each Respondent must ensure its proposal is clearly marked on the outside along with the Respondent's name and address.  Each proposal must be submitted to the City in a sealed package clearly addressed as follows:

"Proposal:  Ag-Rec Renovation"
