The electronic versions of the City of Chilliwack Council minutes are provided for information purposes only and are not the official versions. The City will not be responsible for their accuracy or completeness and they should not be used in place of certified copies. Only those minutes that have been adopted by Council are available.

Pursuant to the Procedural Bylaw 3736, Regular Council meetings commence at 2:00 pm in the Council Chambers on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, with some exceptions as noted in the Council Meeting Calendar. In the case of a holiday, the meeting shall be held on the next succeeding day that is not a holiday.

The Regular Council meeting will then reconvene at 6:30 pm for Public Hearings, Public Information meetings and other items of business as determined.
