The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RfQ) is to invite Interested Parties to submit Responses to the City indicating their interest in and providing their qualifications for the Chilliwack Landing Leisure Centre Air Handling Unit #1 Replacement. The Scope of Work for this Project will include the disconnection and removal of existing Air Handler Unit (AHU). Complete supply and installation of new air handling unit. All reconnections to required pipework, electrical, ductwork, etc. Commissioning and hand over of fully functional air handling unit. A crane may be required to remove the old and move the new AHU onto the rooftop. The Responses to this Request for Qualifications will be used to identify a shortlist of up to five (5) qualified Respondents who will be invited to respond to an invitation to Tender. This RfQ provides some general information about the requirements for the Responses to this RfQ, and the process to be used to select the shortlisted Respondents. |
