The Promontory Heights Elementary
Community School Association
(PHECSA) is a non-profit organization
formed in participation with the
community of Promontory Heights. The
goal of our organization is to identify
and provide community residents with
social, educational and recreational
activities that will enrich our whole
community, while creating a safe, caring
and inclusive environment. PHECSA
would like to gratefully acknowledge the

Garden Gate Preschool

Panther Pen
Panther Pen is our quality licensed
after-school care program at the school.
Regular hours are 2:15pm – 6:00pm
and we accept both full and part time
children as space is available. Care is
offered on Pro-D days from
9:00am – 6:00pm.
