Who We Are
Chilliwack Central Elementary Community
School Society (CCECSS) exists to
develop, promote, and support programs,
services, events, and opportunities that
empower the Downtown Neighborhood, to
satisfy community needs, and provide life-
long learning opportunities for all. CCECSS
is a non-profit society governed by volunteer
members of the Community.
Gateway for Families hosts Community
Partner programming that respectfully
engages inner core community members
from all age, ethnic, and socio-economic
realms in opportunities that promote health
and independence in their lives.
Use of the facilities has been made
possible due to the partnership between
the School District #33 and the City of
Chilliwack. CCECSS would like to gratefully
acknowledge funding received from the City
of Chilliwack and the Ministry of Children
and Family Development.
Located in the heart of downtown
Chilliwack, Central Elementary provides
ongoing programs and services daily
within the school’s facilities. CCECSS
provides social, recreational activities,
and educational programs and services
to children and their families.
