Chilliwack Libraries Society 13th
Annual Quiz Night. Come for a fun
evening of laughter, groans and a
chance to win the famous “Smarty
Pants Award”! Win door prizes or buy

your group of 8, or come alone and
join others to form a team. Tickets for
this popular event are $13 per person,
include a snack and are available
starting on September 16 at the
Chilliwack Library.

The ever-popular Puzzle Sale will
take place at the Sardis Library this

enjoy a 50% discount at the sale!

Are you interested in volunteering at

working with children? Become a Big
Buddy at the Chilliwack, Sardis or
Yarrow Library and help struggling
readers in grade 1-4 with their reading.

Storytime
Introduce kids to the love of books and
language with Storytime! Children and
caregivers will enjoy interactive stories,
songs, rhymes, and more. Storytime
prepares children to learn to read.

Babytime
Making language fun! Start early with
babytime. Help your baby develop
speech and language skills – enjoy
bouncing, singing and rhyming with
stories. Babytime is a fun, social
bonding activity for babies and
caregivers.

Reading Buddies
Reading Buddies is a program that
pairs high school students and adult
volunteers with kids in Grades 1-4
who need extra help. Sign up begins
in September, and we will continue
matching up buddies until Spring
