Athletic Flow Yoga
Sweaty steady yoga flow. For those who have ex-
perience in basic yoga poses and those who are
looking for a quick paced yoga work out. Register
requirements are to arrange to be at one of two
scheduled times for sign up so the instructor can
go over proper form and insure each participant
demonstrates good form to prevent injury
Belly Dancing – Level 1
Belly Dancing connects the essence and
elegance of the body movements. Learn mus-
cle control and fluidity while toning the core,
encouraging good posture, improving flexibility
and gaining body confidence. Have fun discov-
ering muscles you never knew you had!

Belly Dancing – Level 2
Belly Dance Level 2 expands on the skills and
moves taught in Level 1. Participants will use
the veil advancing in combination with shoul-
der, torso and girdle. The rue belly dance.

The Hottest wave of music from the Caribbean.
Easy one step two and three step.
Circuit Blast & Circuit Blast Express
A guided full body workout program that may
include the use of sledge hammers, tires,
weights, push sled, kettle bells, battle ropes,
sand bags, Olympic bars and heavy bags.
Come out and challenge yourself to this intense
work out program. All levels are welcome! It is
recommended that you attend all sessions to
get the most out of this high intensity program.

A 30-minute workout from your shoulders to
your hips. Come improve your core strength!

Functional Fitness for Seniors
Functional fitness exercises train your muscles
to work together and prepare them for daily
tasks by simulating common movements
you might do at home, at work or in sports.
Functional exercises tend to be multi-joint,
multi-muscle exercises. Instead of only moving
the elbows, for example, a functional exercise
might involve the elbows, shoulders, spine,
hips, knees and ankles. Functional fitness
exercises combine cardiovascular, agility, mus-
cle strength, stretching and emphasize core
stability to improve balance in order to reduce
the risk of falls. You can work out either sitting
on the chair or standing.

Fundamental Strength
A class which builds on strength and condi-
tioning, the function of the exercise, the proper
form and ways to advance and modify it.
Each class will advance and build up from the
previous one.
Kangoo Power/Bounce
An explosive, highly motivating program,
specifically designed to challenge the whole
body by building muscular strength and cardio
endurance simultaneously. Each movement is
designed to focus on core stability, ensuring a
balanced workout that will challenge all levels
of fitness. Kangoo Boots are required for this
class. Bring your own or rent them from us!

GLOW – Glutes & Legs Only Workout
Awomen’s only lower body workout, instructed
by Mandy Cheshire. Tighten, tone and sculpt
your Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings and Abs. Body
weight exercises will be progressed by adding
hand weights, bars, kettlebells and step risers.
Designed to suit all levels. Come out and start
sculpting your lower half!

High Intensity Circuit Workout
A high intensity cardio and strength workout.
Minds in Motion
A Fitness and Social/Activity program for peo-
ple with early symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease
or another dementia. This is a great way to
enjoy a few hours out of the house with a
friend, family member or care worker. A certified
fitness instructor conducts the fitness portion of
the program, and a facilitator ensures partici-
pants are welcomed and involved in activities.
Sessions include 45-60 minutes of physical ex-
ercise and 60 minutes of social time. The price
listed is for the Participant and their partner.

Yoga – Sunday
ASunday night class to start your week in the
right frame of mind. This hour and a half class
will give you the opportunity to enhance your
practice. A combination of individual and partner
work will give new perspective to your postures.

AquaExpress
A 60-minute class condensed to a fast paced,
high energy and intense 45-minute workout.
You won’t be disappointed!
AquaFit – Deep
Using various flotation devices, AquaFit in deep
water is an effective way to get a total body work-
out without the jarring impact of dry land classes.
No experience is necessary, but should be com-
fortable being and swimming in deeper water.
AquaFit – Light
AquaFit for all Adults! This class is a shallow
water class that focuses on core stability, joint
mobility, and it is less strenuous and one of the
safest workouts available for those with bone,
joint or muscle mobility limitations.
AquaFit – Shallow
This AquaFit class is for everyone! Work at
your own pace or push extra hard to get that
great aerobic feeling! Awater workout means
fewer injuries because your body is supported
by the buoyancy of the water. Water also pro-
vides twelve times greater resistance than air
so you can count on a great training effect.
AquaZumba

AquaZumba

combines some of the traditional
elements of an Aqua Fit class but with the
twist of upbeat Latin infused dance moves and
music of Zumba
