cardiovascular and strength-training drills.

Aqua Bootcamp
Be prepared to be pushed! Challenge
yourself and try to beat the course set
up for you and improve your cardio

meant for all fitness levels.

Aqua Yoga
Ideal for those who cannot enjoy the
benefits of land based yoga due to
past injuries or those who just want
to try something new! A combination
of dynamic flowing movements and
traditional yoga poses which help to
lengthen and strengthen muscles while
improving balance and coordination.
