Elders Transportation Program provides partial funding towards travel costs for Aboriginal Elders to attend the Annual BC Elders Gathering. Phone (toll-free): 1-800-990-2432 Seniors’ Vehicle Insurance Discounts of 25% off the basic Autoplan insurance premium, may apply if a person is 65 or over, the principal operator of the vehicle is also 65 or over, and the vehicle is driven for pleasure only. Individuals who are 65 or over and have a disability, may be eligible for a further 25% disability discount off of the basic Autoplan insurance premium.
