GYMNASTICS PLUS FULL DAY CAMP
(Ages: 5-6 yrs; 7-9 yrs; 10-12 yrs; 13 yrs & up)
No previous experience is required, campers
will be grouped into similar skill levels. During
the five day camp they can look forward to
a week of exciting events, including learning
gymnastics skills on bars, beam, floor, vault
and trampolines, learning some basic rhyth-
mic gymnastic, playing new games, contest,
outdoor play, swimming, crafts and arts, trea-
sure hunts, mini-Olymics. The focus is on fun
and fitness, but progression comes, too.
Time:
9:00 - 4:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Extended Hours:
7:30 - 5:30pm
$25 extra extended hours
GYMNASTICS & TRAMPOLINE
HALF-DAY CAMPS
This 5 day fun and action packed half-day
camp combines gymnastics and trampolines
with various activiites such as games, crafts,
contests, and creative movements. Flexibility,
strength, agility, confidence will be achieved.
Ages:
5-7 yrs; 7-9 yrs; 10-12 yrs; 13 yrs & up
Times:
9:00am-12:00 noon (Mon-Fri)

3-5 yrs (Preschool Camp)

10:00-11:30am (Mon-Fri)

Note: $5/hr for early drop off or late pick up available.
RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS CAMP
(Ages: 5-6 yrs; 7-9 yrs; 10-12 yrs; 13 yrs & up)
Start with twirling ribbons, skipping ropes,
spinning hoops and bouncing balls. Add
bouncng bodies and dancing feet. Spice
things up with music and rythm, and by
Friday’s performance the recipe for fun and
creativity is almost complete. In addition,
campers will also enjoy such activities as
playing games, bouncing on trampolines,
exploring various gymnastics equipment.

GYMNASTICS & TRAMPOLINE
EVENING CAMP
This one and half hours camp focuses on
mastering gymnastics and trampoline skills,
tumbling, rolling, balancing, climbing, falling,
bouncing, flipping, and learning body control.
The campers will be grouped based on their
age and experience.

4:00 - 5:30pm • 5:30-7:00pm
