The City of Chilliwack Engineering & Operations Department is requesting lump sum quotations for the Engineering Survey and Plan preparation on the following project:

A)  Williams Street, from Bonny Avenue to Bole Avenue (plus Lewis Ave & St. David St)
Closing:
January 18, 2005 3:00 PM

Quotations will be received by the Purchasing Department of the City of Chilliwack no later than January 18, 2005.  Quotations may be faxed to the attention of Mr. Paul Whitehouse, Purchasing Manager, by filling out the required information on the "Quotation Summary Sheet" provided and faxing to 604-795-2963.
