The City of Chilliwack is seeking interested parties to provide a Proposal for the possible use or redevelopement of the Paramount Theatre Building located at 46187 Yale Road in Chilliwack. 

The purpose if this Request for Proposals is to identify a qualified Respondent who has the financial resources and skills necessary to undertake the works needed to renovate the existing Building to suit their needs, to bring the existing Building up to current building, electrical and fire code standards, and to enter into a formal written agreement with the City for the lease of the Building. 

No funds have been set aside by the City of Chilliwack to upgrade, renovate or bring the Building up to a standard required for occupancy.

Access to inspect the building is by appointment by contacting the Contact Person.
