WORK:  Installation of a complete parking lot and entrances for the Cheam Centre.  The work includes, but is not limited to:  paving, asphalt milling, road base construction, storm sewer, curb, gutter, sidewalk, lighting, landscape preparation and other related works.  Cheam Centre address is 45501 Market Way. 

SECURITY:  10% Bid Bond

BONDING:  Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price. 

The tender documents for the 2010 Cheam Centre Parking Lot and Entrances may be obtained on the City of Chilliwack's web site at www.chilliwack.com.bids or may be picked up from the Municipal Hall Main Reception desk.
