Work:

WORK:  Paving and/or civil construction work at 21 individual project sites within the City of Chilliwack with a total approximate length of 8 kilometers.  The work includes but is not limited to:  paving, asphalt milling, road base construction, storm sewer, curb, gutter, sidewalk, street lighting and other related works. 

SECURITY:  10% Bid Bond

BONDING:  Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.

The tender documents may be obtained on or after April 23, 2009 from the City of Chilliwack's web site at www.chilliwack.combids.  Hardcopy documents, at a cost of $100.00 (including GST) may be obtained from the Main Reception desk of the City of Chilliwack Municipal Hall located at 8550 Young Road, Chilliwack, B.C.
