In accordance with Section 26 of the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Chilliwack gives notice of its intention to offer the following municipal property for sale by way of a "Invitation to Submit Proposals to Purchase" the property located at 8311 Kiernan Drive.

The subject property is approximately 1.52 hectares (3.756 acres) in size and is currently zoned CSM (SERVICE COMMERCIAL-INDUSTRIAL) ZONE.  The property contains two buildings and functions as the City's Public Works Yard Facility.

This offering does not constitute a tender and the City reserves the right to accept or reject any offer.  If no offers are received by the closing date, the City reserves the right to consider any offers received after the closing date.
