Work:

The City of Chilliwack is seeking Requests for Expressions of Interest to design and construct the following works:

SPS #19 Replacement
The City of Chilliwack plans to construct a 60L/s capacity duplex submersible sanitary lift station at Aitken Road to replace the existing SPS 19 on Aitken Road. The 60L/s lift station shall have a dedicated building to house electrical controls, backup generator and other appurtenances.

Sanitary Forcemain
The City of Chilliwack plans to install a sanitary forcemain between Aitken Road new SPS & Schweyey Road with an approximate length of 850m.

Budget
The budget for the project is $830,000.00

RFEI documents may be picked up at the City's Main Reception desk on or after February 7, 2006 or may be downloaded from the City's web page at www.chilliwack.com/bids. Inquiries may be directed to the City's representative "Chandra Naiduwa", P. Eng. at 604-793-2745.

Sealed EI's from Respondents clearly marked with the Respondent's name, address and "SPS #19 Replacement & Forcemain Project" shall be received by the undersigned at the office of the City of Chilliwack not later than 3:00 p.m., local time, February 28th, 2006.
