Quotations will be received by the Purchasing Department of the City of Chilliwack no later than February 7, 2006.  Quotations may be faxed to the attention of Mr. Paul Whitehouse, Purchasing Manager, by filling out the required information on the "Quotation Summary sheet" provided and faxing to 604-795-2963.
