Sub Neighbourhood Park

In an area bounded by the railway to the north, Yale Road to the east, Squiala First Nation land to the west and the Chilliwack River to the south; Appletree Park is the main opportunity for play for many local children. The existing tire swing was worked into the new plan and a toddler swing was added to complete this neighbourhood park in 2014.

Adopt a Park/ Adopt a Trail

The City of Chilliwack has partnered with a number of local organizations and non-profit groups to develop an Adopt-a-Park and Adopt-a-Trail program. Groups volunteer their time to cleanup parks and trails in Chilliwack, to keep the community looking its best!
