| Description: Wednesdays, Oct 12 – Dec 14, 2:30 pm – 4 pm When a child reads with a dog, they start to relax and forget about feeling nervous about reading. This is a free program for ages 6+ who want to improve their reading. Sessions will be facilitated by Taylah, a 5 year old Collie, and her handler Sue, both of whom have been trained by the St. John’s Ambulance Therapy Dog program. Space is limited; please contact the Yarrow Library to schedule a session. |
