Mediation is a growing resource, giving families an opportunity to find timely, cost effective and more peaceful resolutions to the challenges they face, when compared to a court process. In support of Dispute Resolution Week, Anouk Crawford, an experienced lawyer and mediator, will be presenting on the basics of mediation, including: What is mediation?; Why chose mediation?; When is mediation appropriate?; What does mediation look like?; and, How do parties chose a mediator? This will be a great opportunity to learn about mediation and whether it can help you! |
