The Seniors Connect Café occurs every first and third Thursday of each month at the IHOP Restaurant in Chilliwack and every second and fourth Thursday at the Homer Restaurant. Drop in between 10:00am and 12:00pm on these dates for a free cup of coffee or tea and for a conversation. There is a facilitator present at each event. There is also a resource person present to answer any questions you may have about community and health care resources. All older adults are welcome! No membership needed and no cost attached!

This event occurs at the IHOP Restaurant as a recurring event on the first and third Thursday of each month.

10:15 – 11: 15 am Barbara invites students into the historical setting of her newly released reissue of The Mozart Girl, a middle-grade novel about the dreams and talents of twelve-year-old Nannerl Mozart, a brilliant musician and the older sister of the famous composer. Through readings and discussion, Barbara will take students on tour with the Mozart children as they play for kings and queens in the great courts of 18th century Europe. A Q & A period follows on the writing and editing process.
